I. Shipping Fee and Free Shipping Policy
Free Shipping Threshold: For orders with a total amount of $19.99 or more, you will enjoy free standard delivery.
Shipping Fee for Orders Below Threshold: If the order amount is less than $19.99, shipping fees will be charged based on the actual situation.
II. Order Processing and Delivery Time
Processing Time: All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment is successful (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Order Delivery Notice: After the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for logistics.
III. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: From the date of dispatch, the package is expected to arrive within 3-7 working days.
Note: The actual delivery time may be delayed due to weather, customs (if applicable), or reasons related to the logistics carrier. HelloYoungTea is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
IV. Address Modification and Cancellation
Once an order enters the "processing" or "shipped" status, we will not be able to modify the delivery address or cancel the order.
If you need to change the address, please contact our customer service team within 2 hours after placing the order.
V. Package Loss and Damage
If the logistics shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please first confirm if the delivery address is correct and contact the local logistics carrier.
If the package is severely damaged or lost during transportation, please provide photos and the order number within 7 days after signing for delivery and contact us. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for you.
