What is Huangshan Mao Feng Tea?

Huangshan Mao Feng Tea's English translation is \Yellow Mountain Fur Peak\ due to the small white hairs which cover the leaves and the shape of the processed leaves which resemble the peak of a mountain.

Huangshan Mao Feng Green Tea is a type of pan-fired green tea and regarded as one of China's top ten teas, it is made from Huangshan large-leaf tea bush species, with wavy leaves which come to a sharp point at the tip, fat bud with one or two leaves, covered with soft white fuzz, so it is beautiful to behold.

How to Brew Huangshan Mao Feng Tea?

1.3g/150ml.3 grams tea for every 150 ml water

2.temperature about 80℃ (176℉)

3.infuse 1-2 minutes

4.steep 3-4 times is best
