The method of preparing monkey head mushroom extract includes the following steps.
(1) cleaning and slicing the monkey head mushroom, adding 30 times the amount of raw material in deionized water at a water temperature of 40-50°C, soaking for 30min, filtering, and reserving the filtrate for use.
(2) Steam the monkey head mushroom slices into a high-pressure steamer for 30min, remove the slices and add the filtrate from step (1), heat and reflux the extract for 1h, filter, and keep the filtrate for use.
(3) Add 30 times the amount of deionized water of the raw material to the filtrate in step (2), heat and reflux the extraction for 1h, filter, and combine the filtrates in steps (2) and (3).
