Enjoy Yourselves
1. First of all, prepare yourselves for a teapot with a strainer.
2. Add 3 grams of dried chrysanthemum into a teapot.
3. Pour into 8 fl. oz boiling water. (About 85-90°C/185-195°F)
4. Enjoy this chrysanthemum tea after waiting for 3-5 minutes. You can also add some honey or lemon to fit your taste.
Chrysanthemum Gingseng Tea
Ingredients: 5.6g baby chrysanthemum, 3.4g American Ginseng, 8 fl. oz water, 7.5g rock sugar
1. Add chrysanthemum and cold drinking water into a pot. Boil it and reduce heat and simmer for less than a minute. Take out the chrysanthemum using a strainer.
2. Add ginseng and simmer for another 5 minutes. Also, take it out.
3. Add some rock sugar to fit your taste and off fire when the sugar has dissolved. Serve the drink at room temperature or chilled.
Chrysanthemum Goji Tea
Ingredients: 3g baby chrysanthemum, 1g Goji berries, 8 fl. oz water, honey, or sugar(optional)
1. Add 3 grams of dried chrysanthemum into a teapot.
2. Pour into 8 fl. oz boiling water. (About 85-90°C/185-195°F) and then add the goji berries. Wait for 3-5 minutes. Goji berries can perfectly bring another sweetness to this herbal tea.
