Traditional Brewing Method
1. First of all, prepare yourselves for a teapot with a strainer.
2. Add 1 gram or 2 grams of honeysuckle into a teapot.
3. Pour into 8 fl. oz boiling water. (About 90-95°C/195-205°F)
4. Filter the honeysuckle after waiting for 2 to 3 minutes. Enjoy this honeysuckle tea.
Cool Ice Brewing
1. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of honeysuckle to a pitcher or cup.
2. 1/4 cups of freshly boiled water and stir.
Top with cold drinking water.
3. Cover and put the pitcher/cup in the refrigerator overnight. at least 6-8 hours up to 15 hours.
4. Strain the honeysuckle out and enjoy the tea over ice. You can also add some honey or lemon to fit your flavor.
