1. Heat some fresh water just until it reaches the boiling point. Wait to the water cool to about 90°C.

2. Pour some hot water into a small pot, and rinse it out.

3. Add a heaping teaspoon of tea leaves for every cup to the pot.

4. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves.

5. After about one minute, when the smell of camomile  fills in the air, the tea is ready for drinking. 6. The same tea can be used for about four infusions.

 Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Unopened packages can also be frozen to extend shelf-life.
